Terms of Service — GrandTrader

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrandTrader mobile application (the "App"), operated by Kuankr Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

GrandTrader is an educational simulator. All trading in the App is simulated with historical or sample market data. The App does not involve real money, real securities, or any real brokerage or bank account, and it is not investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

2. The Service

The App provides stock-market training exercises, simulated trading, performance review, and optional AI-generated educational feedback. All prices, returns, and outcomes shown in the App are simulated and do not represent real trading results.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or its content except as permitted by law;
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers;
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases

The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or consumable items. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by Kuankr Co., Ltd. and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. No Investment Advice; No Warranty

The App is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Simulated performance is not indicative of real results, and past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuankr Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Because the App involves only simulated trading, you cannot incur real financial loss through its trading features.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
