Account Deletion Request
GrandTrader (Package: com.agutong.grandtrader)
Under Google Play and applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. We process requests within 7 business days.
What will be deleted
- Your profile (nickname, avatar, phone / email)
- Training history (simulated K-line records, scores, leaderboard entries)
- PK match history and rating
- Purchase records (kept for tax compliance for 5 years, then deleted)
- Watchlist, settings, preferences
What we retain (legal compliance)
- Anonymized transaction records (tax law: 5 years)
- Anti-fraud audit logs (90 days, then auto-deleted)
- Server access logs (30 days, IP-only, no PII)
