Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kuankr Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the GrandTrader mobile application (the "App").

GrandTrader is an educational stock-market training and simulation tool only. All trading inside the App is simulated using historical or sample market data. The App does not connect to any real brokerage, bank, or trading account, does not handle real money, and does not buy, sell, or hold any real securities.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

• An email address or phone number that you provide to create and sign in to your account.
• A display name / nickname that you choose.

Activity and simulation data

• Your in-app training records: simulated trades, scores, progress, and practice history.
• App preferences and settings (for example, language and theme).

Purchase information

• Records of in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token and order confirmation from Google to unlock the features you bought. We do not collect or store your card number or bank details.

Technical and diagnostic data

• Basic device and app information (app version, operating system, language) and crash / error logs used to keep the App working.

We do not collect real financial account credentials, real brokerage holdings, government ID numbers, or precise location.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the simulation, save your progress, and sync your settings.
• To process and deliver in-app purchases through Google Play Billing.
• To generate optional AI-based training feedback on your simulated practice (see Section 4).
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the App.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, and only as needed:

• Google Play Billing — payment processing and purchase verification.
• Cloud hosting providers — to store your account and training data securely.
• AI service provider — to generate optional training feedback (see Section 4).
• When required by applicable law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

4. AI Training Feedback

The App may offer optional AI-generated commentary on your simulated training sessions. When you request this feature, summarized, non-identifying details of your simulated practice (such as aggregated performance metrics) are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce educational feedback. This feedback is for training purposes only and is not investment advice.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We will permanently remove your data within 7 days of a verified request.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data against unauthorized access.

7. Children

GrandTrader is not directed to children. The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
